• Creating Data Entry
To create data entry form in access 2016, you have at least 3 ways to do it. First you can do by opening the Ribbon and find Record group then you will see New command. Click it and the new Record will appear in the end of the Record. For example, you have 146 Records already; by clicking new you will be directed to the Record number 147.

• Add New Record Entry
Secondly you can add new Record by clicking the New Record button on the Record Navigation bar and it will appear exactly like the 147 Record.
Third way is by pointing directly on the Record and start writing. You can choose any cell to work, but bear in mind that it is always easier to add the data one by one from the first field to make it in order and neat.

After entering data, the data still might be deleted, changed accidentally, and etc, so it is important to know on how to save the data you just enter. Entering the data is very simple that you can do by three different ways: clicking new on the Ribbon in Record group; clicking the New Record on the record Navigation bar and by directly typing on the selected record. When entering the data, you might be asked promptly about the validation of the input. For example, you are supposed to name the cookies by code, so instead of Access Cookie you should write it AC, this is an example of validation rule that is might be applied on the field.

Well, for saving the data it is pretty simple. Access 2016 is basically designed to save the data automatically when you change record or when you close the object. But in case to make sure if there is some certain situations, you can save the data you input by selecting the Home tab from the Ribbon, finding the Record group and click the Save command.
