When we are working with the Access 2016 there are many possibilities of options that we can do. Now we have learn about making filter on Criteria row and Sort row now we will learn on how to hide and show the field. For some data you will need the Zip Code to list up those who are living in the Raleigh city with certain Zip Code, but you will only work on their Email Address and Phone number. So instead of making your eyes misguided with many numbers, you can choose to hide the field of Zip Code by uncheck the checklist box just under the Sort row. The Zip Code criteria will still work on sorting the result, but will be hidden from the final Datasheet view. If you need to unhide it back you can go to the Design view by clicking the View Tab from the Ribbon and choosing the Design View. After that you can click check on the checklist field box and click Run to go to the Datasheet view.
