All of those options are great for those who want to change as well as see the changes directly on the Print Preview. If you have finished doing that, you just need to click Print on the left corner and everything is done.

The second one is saving report into another file type. For some people, this thing is called exporting your report. Therefore, you might want to get used yourself with this kind of term too. For this one, you will also need to open the main Print Preview option on the View tab. From that option, you will be able to find the External Data there. You just need to click that option and find the option where you will be able to export your report into many other different file types that you want.
